CASE STUDY: STREAMLINE YOUR WORDS FOR EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Cisco Partner Transformation Video 

As a world technology leader, Cisco is constantly keeping up with the market changes. As they were pivoting to a subscription-based business model, Cisco needed to assist their partners with their digital transformation journey. We were approached for a series of videos to encourage and guide their partners into taking their first step to digital transformation.

CHALLENGE

With the brand collaterals, storyboard concept, and information they shared during the kick-off meetings, we conducted basic research on messaging, vision, and objectives. All that was left to be done was to propose how we’re going to streamline the usual 1-hour long presentation to just a few minutes.  

APPROACH

To fit the profile of a multinational corporation like Cisco, we wanted the video to exude a minimalistic and professional image. Upon looking through the PowerPoint deck, we found that the content was concise but too lengthy for a video. We then studied and broke down the content into simpler terms, and put together a proposal for their Partner Organisation Team’s review. To help the audience understand the content even better, we created interesting motion graphics to accompany the talking head segment. 

 

VIDEO RESULT

The project was well received by the stakeholders and we were engaged to create more videos for this digital transformation campaign, including a fireside chat and 2 more content videos.
